World Study Expo connects universities and colleges with students who are actively planning where to study. We do this in two ways. In September 2027 we run physical exhibitions in three cities across the United Arab Emirates. From 7 to 31 October 2027 we run an online programme covering the Middle East, India, South Asia and Southeast Asia.
We are not an education agency. We do not place students, we do not charge students, and we do not take a commission when a student enrols. That distinction matters, because it determines whose interests the platform serves. Students speak to admissions staff directly and decide for themselves.
Physical exhibitions do something online cannot: they let a family spend a day comparing institutions face to face, and they build the kind of trust that a video call takes longer to establish. Online does something physical cannot: it reaches the student in Salalah, Hubli or an outer atoll of the Maldives whom no recruitment trip will ever visit.
Running both, and designing them to feed into each other, covers far more of the market than either does alone.
This industry has a credibility problem, and it is largely self-inflicted. Superlatives that cannot be checked, attendance figures nobody audits, and promises about outcomes no organiser controls. We have tried to avoid all three. Where we do not yet have a confirmed venue, an exhibitor list or a number we can stand behind, this site says so rather than inventing something.
Free to attend, free to register, and no intermediary between you and the university. You choose which institutions to meet and what to ask them.
A paid recruitment platform giving access to students who registered with a stated subject, level and intake, in markets that are expensive to reach any other way.
World Study Expo is organised by Golden Tree Events LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The organiser's events team publishes and maintains every page on this site; there is no third-party content and no sponsored placement.
Event dates, cities, session times and formats are taken directly from the organiser's confirmed 2027 programme and are held in one central configuration, so a change is reflected on every page, in the schedule and in the structured data at the same time. Venues and participating institutions are published only once contracts are signed.
Guides and articles are written and reviewed by the World Study Expo editorial team and carry a published date and a last-updated date. Where they touch on visas, work rights, scholarships or entry requirements, they summarise and link to official government or university sources rather than restating rules that change.

Universities and colleges pay to exhibit. Students and parents never pay, which is what keeps the student side of the platform open to everyone.
Institutions apply to exhibit and we verify that they are recognised degree-awarding bodies or accredited providers in their home country before confirming participation.
No, and nobody honestly can. Admission and funding decisions belong entirely to each university. We make the conversation possible; the outcome is between you and the institution.
Your profile information is shared with universities only where you have chosen to share it, for example by booking an appointment or requesting information. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.
Yes. Group registration is available for schools at the UAE physical exhibitions, and counsellors can also join the online editions.
