About World Study Expo 2027
What is World Study Expo?
World Study Expo is an international student recruitment platform. It runs physical university exhibitions in the UAE and a four-week online programme covering the Middle East, India and Asia, connecting students directly with university admissions teams.
When is World Study Expo 2027?
The UAE physical exhibitions run from 22 to 26 September 2027: Abu Dhabi on 22 September, Sharjah on 23 September, and Dubai on 25 and 26 September. The online programme runs from 7 to 31 October 2027: Middle East 7–10 October, South India 14–17 October, North, West and East India 21–24 October, and South and Southeast Asia 28–31 October.
Where are the physical exhibitions held?
In three UAE cities: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai. Venues are being confirmed and will be published on each city page.
Is World Study Expo free for students?
Yes. Registration and attendance are free for students and parents at every edition, physical and online.
Do universities pay to take part?
Yes. Institutions pay to exhibit, which is what funds the platform and keeps it free for students. Pricing depends on format and markets; request exhibitor information for details.
Which countries does the online programme cover?
The Middle East edition (7–10 October 2027) covers the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. India is split between South India (14–17 October) and North, West and East India (21–24 October). The South and Southeast Asia edition (28–31 October) covers Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
What times do the online sessions run?
Thursday and Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, scheduled in the local time of the market each edition serves.
How do I book a meeting with a university?
Register free, complete your student profile, browse university profiles, add institutions to your wishlist, then book from the appointment slots each university publishes.
Is World Study Expo an education agency?
No. We do not place students, charge students or take commission on enrolments. Students speak to university admissions staff directly.
Do you guarantee admission or scholarships?
No. Admission and funding decisions belong entirely to each university. We make the conversation possible; the outcome is between the student and the institution.
Which universities will be exhibiting?
Universities from leading global study destinations are invited to participate. Confirmed exhibitors are published on each edition page as they are announced, and we do not publish institutions that have not confirmed.
Can I attend if I live outside the listed cities?
Yes. The city lists show where promotion is concentrated, not who may take part. Any student can register and attend any online edition.
What do I need for an online session?
A web browser and an internet connection. A camera and microphone improve one-to-one meetings but are not required for group presentations.
Can parents and school counsellors attend?
Yes, free of charge, at both the physical exhibitions and the online editions. Group registration is available for schools.
How is my personal data used?
Your profile information is shared with universities only where you choose to share it, such as by booking an appointment or sending an enquiry. See the privacy policy for detail.
