Three cities, four days, one week in September. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai each run as a separate exhibition because the three student markets ask different questions.
Where is World Study Expo UAE held?
World Study Expo UAE 2027 is held in three cities: Abu Dhabi on 22 September, Sharjah on 23 September, and Dubai across 25 and 26 September 2027. Entry is free for students and parents at all three, and venues will be announced before the event.
Running three separate editions rather than one national event is a deliberate choice. The distance between Abu Dhabi and Sharjah is enough to stop most families travelling, and more importantly the three markets are not interchangeable. A student in Sharjah weighing total cost against a local degree is having a different conversation from a sponsored student in Abu Dhabi confirming institutional recognition, or a Dubai family comparing a British degree against the branch campus down the road.
Universities can exhibit at one city, two, or all three. Most institutions travelling from outside the region take the full week, because the marginal cost of the second and third day is small once the team has flown in.

One week, three distinct audiences
The UAE week is designed so that a single trip can cover materially different segments of the same national market. Institutions that treat all three days as one audience tend to under-perform on at least one of them; those that adjust what they lead with by city do noticeably better.

What are the World Study Expo UAE 2027 dates?
Abu Dhabi on Wednesday 22 September 2027 and Sharjah on Thursday 23 September 2027, both from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Dubai across Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 September 2027 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day.
Do I need a separate registration for each city?
No. One free registration covers all three UAE editions and the online editions that follow later in the programme.
Which city should I attend?
Attend whichever is closest, then consider a second if your shortlist is broad. Dubai is the largest and runs two days; Abu Dhabi suits school groups and sponsored students; Sharjah is strongest on scholarships and total cost of study.
Are the same universities at all three cities?
Not necessarily. Institutions choose which cities to exhibit at. The list for each edition is published on that city page as exhibitors are confirmed.
Is there an entry fee?
No. Entry is free for students, parents, teachers and school counsellors at every UAE edition.
Where exactly are the venues?
Venues are being confirmed and will be published on each city page. Registered attendees are emailed the details before the event.
Can students from other emirates attend?
Yes. Students from Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain are all welcome, and the UAE Online Study Expo also reaches emirates without a physical event.
What if I cannot attend in person?
The UAE Online Study Expo runs from 7 to 10 October 2027 as part of the Middle East online editions and lets you meet university representatives virtually. Registration is free.
