From 7 to 10 October 2027 the online programme covers six Gulf countries across four days. Students join free from home; universities meet the whole Gulf without booking a single flight.
How does the Middle East Online Study Expo work?
It is a free online university fair running Thursday to Sunday across six Gulf countries. Students register free, browse university profiles, shortlist institutions and book one-to-one video meetings with admissions representatives. Sessions run 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Thursday and Friday and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, in each country's local time.
Grouping the Gulf into a single week reflects how the region actually works. The countries share a working week, overlapping time zones and a great deal of educational culture, but the conversations inside them differ enough that each gets its own page, its own schedule and its own audience.
For universities the arrangement is efficient: one block of time covers six markets that would otherwise mean a multi-city trip. For students it means the institutions you want to speak to are all available in the same few days.

Which countries are covered from 7 to 10 October?
The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. Each has its own page and its own schedule.
Is it free for students?
Yes. Registration and attendance are free for students and parents in every country.
What times do sessions run?
Thursday and Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in each country's local time.
Can I attend more than one country edition?
Yes. One free registration gives you access to every edition, including the other three online weeks and the UAE physical exhibitions.
How is this different from the UAE physical exhibitions?
The physical exhibitions are in-person events in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai in September. The Middle East online week is virtual and covers six countries, so students anywhere in the Gulf can take part.
Do universities have to join all six countries?
No. Institutions can select individual countries, the full Middle East week, or combine it with the India and Asia weeks.
What do I need to take part?
A browser and an internet connection. A camera and microphone improve one-to-one meetings but are not required for group sessions.
When exactly does the Middle East edition take place?
Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 October 2027. It opens the four-week online programme, which continues with South India (14–17 October), North, West and East India (21–24 October) and South and Southeast Asia (28–31 October). Every registered student is emailed the schedule in advance.

Six Gulf markets in one block of time
Covering the Gulf properly in person means several countries, several flights and a fortnight. The Middle East week compresses that into four days of scheduled video meetings with students who have already told you what they want to study and when they intend to start.
