What happens at a World Study Expo physical exhibition?
Universities host stands that students visit freely, deliver presentations and subject talks throughout the day, and hold pre-booked one-to-one appointments. Students can also attend sessions on applications, scholarships and visas. Entry is free for students, parents and school counsellors.
A physical exhibition does something no video call replicates. You can compare eight institutions in an afternoon, notice which ones answer your question and which ones deflect, and bring a parent who will ask the things you would not.
The UAE week runs as three separate exhibitions rather than one because the three cities are far enough apart that most families will not travel between them, and because the conversations differ by city. Abu Dhabi opens midweek around school groups and sponsorship questions. Sharjah leads on cost and scholarships. Dubai runs two days across the weekend so whole families attend.

Who should come
Grade 11 and 12 students, undergraduate and postgraduate applicants, MBA candidates, parents and school counsellors. Entry is free for all of them.
What exhibiting in person gives you
Physical exhibitions remain the fastest way to build trust in a new market. A parent who has met your admissions officer behaves differently from one who has read your website, and that difference shows up in conversion.
The practical argument for the UAE week is efficiency. Three cities in five days, with one set of flights and one shipment of materials, covering markets that behave differently enough to justify all three. Institutions can then extend the same campaign into the online weeks without further travel.

What is the World Study Expo physical exhibition?
A face-to-face university exhibition where students and parents meet admissions representatives in person. In 2027 it runs across three UAE cities: Abu Dhabi on 22 September and Sharjah on 23 September (3:00 PM to 8:00 PM), and Dubai on 25 and 26 September (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Is entry free?
Yes. Entry and registration are free for students, parents, teachers and school counsellors at every physical exhibition.
Do I need to register before attending?
Registration is free and recommended. It lets you shortlist universities, book appointments in advance and enter more quickly on the day.

Venues are being confirmed. Each city page is updated as soon as details are available, and registered attendees receive them by email before the event.
Can I attend more than one city?
Yes. One free registration covers all three UAE exhibitions.
What should I bring?
Your latest transcript or predicted grades, details of any English-language test, and a realistic annual budget. Universities give much more precise answers when they can see where you stand.
