Why the midweek editions suit school groups
Abu Dhabi on Wednesday 22 September and Sharjah on Thursday 23 September fall on teaching days, which is when schools can release students. The Dubai edition runs across the weekend and is designed for families, so it works better as a recommendation to parents than as a school trip.

How a school group visit works
- Register the group using the form on this page, with the edition, approximate size and your cohort's main subject interests.
- Receive the visit plan: a suggested route by subject area, the presentation timetable and the counsellor meeting slot.
- Students register individually (free) so that each can book one-to-one appointments and keep their own profile afterwards.
- On the day, arrive together, split by subject route, regroup for presentations, and use the counsellor slot to meet admissions staff without students present.
- Afterwards, students who met a university in September can continue the conversation by video in the online editions in October.
Why the counsellor conversation matters
An admissions officer who knows you and your school will answer your emails for years. That relationship is worth more to your students than anything collected on the day, and it is much harder to build remotely.
Preparing your students
Students get far more from the day if they arrive with predicted grades, a rough budget conversation already had at home, and two or three institutions they specifically want to see. Our guide to preparing for a university fair can be shared with a cohort directly.

Can I bring a group of students?
Yes. Group registration is available for schools at all three UAE exhibitions, and we can provide a suggested visit plan organised by subject area.
Is there a cost for schools or counsellors?
No. Entry and registration are free for students, teachers and counsellors.
Which edition is best for a school group?
Abu Dhabi on 22 September and Sharjah on 23 September fall midweek, which suits school visits. Dubai runs at the weekend and is better suited to families attending together.
Can counsellors meet admissions staff separately from students?
Yes. We set aside time for counsellor conversations so you can build relationships and gather material without managing a group at the same time.
What do we need to prepare?
Register the group in advance, share the subject interests of your cohort so we can suggest a route, and brief students to bring predicted grades.
Can counsellors join the online editions?
Yes. Counsellors are welcome at every online edition, which is useful for building a picture of institutions you cannot meet in person.
Will we receive materials for the school?
Universities provide their own prospectuses and material at their stands, and many will supply additional copies for a school careers library on request.
How many students can we bring?
Tell us your intended group size when you register and we will confirm what the venue can accommodate for that edition.
