What is the Kuwait Online Study Expo?
The Kuwait Online Study Expo is a free virtual university fair held from 7 to 10 October 2027 as part of the World Study Expo online programme. Students in Kuwait can attend live university sessions and book one-to-one video meetings with international admissions representatives.
Kuwait sends a notable share of its students overseas, and has done so consistently for decades. The result is a market with unusually well-informed families: many parents studied abroad themselves, often in the same countries their children are now considering, and they ask correspondingly precise questions.

The single most useful preparation for recruiting in Kuwait is having your accreditation position documented and ready to hand over. It is the question that decides whether a conversation continues.
Beyond that, Kuwait rewards depth. Send someone who can discuss a department rather than a prospectus, and expect parents to be in the meeting and to know what they are asking about.

Yes. Registration and attendance are free for all students and parents in Kuwait.
When does the Kuwait edition run?
Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 October 2027, with sessions on Thursday and Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Kuwait local time.
My scholarship requires an approved institution. How do I check?
Ask each university directly during your meeting whether they hold the accreditation your programme requires, and whether they can supply confirmation in writing. Settle this before discussing courses.
Are universities from outside the US and UK worth considering?
Yes. Canada, Australia, Ireland and several European countries offer strong English-taught programmes, and some at lower cost. It is worth asking what each destination offers that your existing shortlist does not.
Can my parents attend the meeting?
Yes, and most do. Many parents in Kuwait studied abroad themselves and ask questions students would not think to raise.
Are postgraduate and MBA programmes represented?

How long is a one-to-one meeting?
