For students and visitors

• Registration and attendance are free. We will never charge students or parents to register, attend or book an appointment.
• We are not an education agency. We do not place students, do not act on your behalf in any application, and receive no commission on enrolment.
• Information given by exhibiting institutions is their own. We take reasonable steps to verify that exhibitors are recognised institutions, but we do not verify every statement made at a stand or in a meeting, and you should confirm anything material directly with the institution.
• We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas or any other outcome. Those decisions rest entirely with the institution and the relevant authorities.
• Appointment availability depends on each institution's capacity and is not guaranteed.
• Programme details, dates, venues and participating institutions may change. We will notify registered attendees of material changes by email.

For exhibiting institutions

• Participation is subject to a separate written agreement covering fees, formats, cancellation and deliverables. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a contract.
• Exhibitors must be recognised degree-awarding bodies or accredited providers in their home country and must be able to evidence this on request.
• Exhibitors receive student information only where a student has chosen to share it with them and must use it solely for the purpose of responding to that student.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy of their own profile content, course information, tuition figures and scholarship claims.
• We may decline or withdraw participation where an institution cannot evidence its accreditation or where its conduct is inconsistent with these terms.

Content on this site is provided for information. Where event details are not yet confirmed, this is stated explicitly rather than estimated. We correct errors when we find them and welcome reports of any you find.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information provided by exhibiting institutions, nor for travel or other costs incurred in attending an event whose details change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. To be confirmed by legal counsel alongside the jurisdiction clause.
