Pre-scheduled, not walk-past
Students register with a subject, level and intended intake, then book appointments with the institutions they choose. Universities meet people who asked to meet them.
Student Recruitment Without Borders. Meet Students. Not Visitors. Two positioning lines that only mean something if the format behind them delivers.

The UAE exhibitions in September and the online weeks that follow are one campaign, not two products. Students met in person can be followed up online without anyone travelling.
Sharjah is not Dubai, Kerala is not Punjab, and Singapore is not Indonesia. Each location has its own page, schedule and audience because the conversations genuinely differ.
Recruitment trips cover three or four cities per country. The online programme covers twenty-plus markets, including the tier-two cities almost nobody visits.
No registration fee, no attendance fee, no commission on enrolment. Universities fund the platform, which keeps it open to every student.
No invented attendance figures, no unverifiable superlatives, no fictional exhibitor lists. Where something is not yet confirmed, this site says so.
For a university, the expensive part of international recruitment is not the stand. It is the travel, the staff time and the opportunity cost of covering one city at a time. A single partnership here spans the UAE in person and the Middle East, India, South Asia and Southeast Asia online.
Institutions can take the physical exhibitions only, the online programme only, or both. Most that travel to the UAE take the full week, because the marginal cost of the second and third city is small once the team has flown in, and then extend into the online weeks where there is no travel cost at all.

Three things: the physical and online programmes are designed to work together rather than compete, every location is treated as its own market rather than a copy of the last one, and the appointment model matches students to universities before the event rather than relying on footfall.
Coverage and cost. The online programme reaches twenty-plus markets including cities that no recruitment trip covers, and it does so without travel. For many institutions it complements rather than replaces existing fairs.
You can do both. What an exhibition gives you is comparison: eight universities in one day, answering the same questions, so you can judge them against each other rather than one at a time over months.
It is free because universities pay to be there, which is the standard model for recruitment exhibitions. It does not mean the institutions are lower quality; it means you are not the one being charged.
Not until we have audited figures we can stand behind. Unverifiable attendance claims are common in this industry and we would rather say nothing than publish something we cannot evidence.
We check that each institution is a recognised degree-awarding body or an accredited provider in its home country before confirming participation.
Yes. Institutions can select individual countries, a full regional week, the UAE physical exhibitions, or any combination.
