Is World Study Expo free for students?
Yes. Registration and attendance are completely free for students and parents, at both the UAE physical exhibitions and every online edition. Universities pay to exhibit, which is what keeps the student side of the platform free.

Registration: your questions
Is registration really free?
Yes. Registration is free, attendance is free, and there is no charge at any stage. Universities fund the platform by paying to exhibit.
What does registration give me?
A student profile, access to university profiles and programmes, a wishlist, the ability to book one-to-one appointments, and entry to every physical and online edition.
How long does it take?
A couple of minutes. You can complete the optional parts of your profile later.
Do I have to share my grades and budget?
No. Those fields are optional. Sharing them helps universities give you precise answers, but you decide what to include.
Who sees my information?
Universities see your profile information only where you have chosen to share it, such as by booking an appointment or sending an enquiry. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.
Can my parent register instead of me?
A parent can complete the form on your behalf, but the profile should reflect the student, since that is what universities respond to.
Can I register for just one city or one country edition?
You do not need to. One registration covers every edition in the programme, and you choose which to attend.
I am a school counsellor registering a group. What should I do?
Use the school counsellors page, which covers group registration and the support available for school visits.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Your profile can be updated at any time before and during the events.
